We are currently seeking a professional and disciplined Armed Security Officer to join our team at a financial institution in Key West, Florida.
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Total Hours: 48.5
The Role
As an Armed Security Officer, you will serve as the primary security presence at a bank facility — deterring threats, maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers, and responding to incidents with professionalism and composure.
Responsibilities
- Provide armed security coverage at a financial institution in Key West
- Monitor access points, lobby areas, and the overall facility
- Enforce security protocols and respond to incidents with professionalism
- Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
- Communicate effectively with bank management and law enforcement as needed
Requirements
- Active Florida Class G (Statewide Firearm) license — required
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Must pass a thorough background check and drug screening
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
